I am not sure why I am struggling to find an ‘experience’ to share on this topic. I want to say if the question was worded ‘what was the worst customer service you have ever received?’ I would struggle to answer that as well.

So interesting to think about. There have been a handful of times of experiencing “the best customer service”, although I would not say any of the times has been the best. Perhaps that is due to having been in the spot light of customer service for over 38 years.

When you think about the best customer service you’ve ever had, most people might picture a big name store or maybe a restaurant that gave them a free dessert for their birthday. For me, the very best service didn’t come from a place like that at all, it came from our mobile mechanic.
